Placement Program
- As the education of the future leaders will be incomplete without exposure to working in an organization, the graduating batch enters the real life world of Management through the final placement program while the first year students get familiarized with the industry through the internship program. The placement activity broadly covers summer \ industry and final placement.
Summer Internship- Summer internship constitutes an integral part of the MBA curriculum and valued for their relevance in management education. Summer internship is positioned between the first and second year of the MBA program. After completing the first year course work, the students are placed in different organizations for a period of about 8 weeks on a specific assignment.
- Apart from giving the students an opportunity to test out the theoretical concept learnt in the classroom, the summer experience gives an insight into the working of a real organization. This also helps students explore career opportunities in their areas of interest and appreciate the interlink ages among different functions and develop a realistic managerial perspective about organization in their totality.

The corporate resource center locates suitable project in different organization. The student has to accept the first offer he / she gets. As a part of the assignment, the students are required to submit a Report The Presentation made by the student to the organization forms the basis for the evaluation of the Project work.
Final Placement-
The Industry has sought and utilized the intellectual capital of PIMS by participating in the Final placement process. Thus the real proof quality and effectiveness of any Business School lies in the acceptance of its graduates in the industry. Thus the placement of the graduating batch marks the culmination of the rigorous two year MBA program at PIMS.
